Chorizo, Taleggio & Polenta Bake is fabulously full of flavour. It’s also incredibly easy to make, and perfect for sharing with friends.

Like most good recipes, this one has evolved over the years. I’m not exactly sure where the original idea came from, but it bares little resemblance to this personalised version. In any case, it goes particularly well with a bottle of crisp white wine though.
